Robert is the Director of Business Intelligence & Analytics at Georgetown University. He leads cross-functional business intelligence across the university in areas of finance, human resources, student affairs, advancement, and information technology.
Prior to Georgetown, Robert led the District of Columbia Public Schools (DCPS) where he served as the Director of Information Technology supporting 45,000 students in 123 unique schools. While at DCPS, he implemented a business intelligence platform to serve the district, consolidating multiple data sources and providing insights that have led to improvements in teacher performance and student achievement.
Prior to that role, he spent over eight years with Blackbaud, an education software solutions and management consultancy, where he provided operational oversight for his division’s development, employee and customer satisfaction, and the deployment of data analytics and reporting solutions.
Robert has conducted business globally and is currently located in Washington, DC. Client experience includes government organizations, higher education institutions, K-12 school districts, NGOs, and commercial entities. Robert holds certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt.
